Our capsules are organic, vegan plant capsules including only whole herbs. We do not include fillers (magnesium stearate, soy, rice, etc.), binders or preservatives.
How To Use: For the average adult, take 2-3 herbal capsules, 2 times per day with hydration. We recommend starting with a half dose for the first 3 days and then beginning the regular dosage.
Ideally, space out the doses equally or take right before breakfast and dinner. This bag contains 190 capsules—which is a one month supply.

I take this first thing in the morning and it really sets me up for the day.
