Shipping policy

For Missing Items:

Please double-check your entire order upon arrival. No missing product claims will be honored unless made within 7 days of receipt of your package. 

If your order arrives with missing items, please keep the original packaging. Take photos of the entire package and all contents inside.

For Damaged Items:

Unfortunately, damaged packages are becoming more common and we can help! If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and take photos immediately.

International Shipping Policy:

We have USPS Priority International Shipping, USPS Priority Express International Shipping and USPS First-Class Mail (for orders under $400 and 4.4 pounds) available for international customers in Canada and United Kingdom.

The main difference between USPS First-Class Mail International and Priority Mail International is the speed, cost, and the risk of lost packages: 

  • Speed: Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) is faster than First-Class Mail International (up to 4 weeks).
  • Tracking: Priority Mail International always includes tracking information, while First-Class Mail International does NOT include tracking. We cannot be responsible for tracking or refunding lost packages that are shipped via First-Class Mail.
  • Insurance: Priority Mail International includes insurance, while First-Class Mail does not. We cannot be responsible for tracking or refunding lost packages that are shipped via First-Class Mail.

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

1. Customs Clearance: Your order may be subject to customs inspections and import duties upon arrival in your destination country. Customs procedures vary by country and can sometimes delay the delivery of your order.

2. Customer Responsibility: If your order is held at customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to take all necessary steps to retrieve the package. This may include:

  • Completing additional paperwork requested by customs authorities.
  • Paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties.
  • Traveling to a local customs office or facility to pick up the package if required.

3. No Refunds for Held Items: We are unable to offer refunds for items held at customs if there are actionable steps you can take to retrieve them. It is important that you follow all instructions from customs and act promptly to avoid further delays or return of the package to us.

4. Our Support: We are committed to assisting you in clearing your package through customs. Should you need additional documentation or information, please contact us, and we will do our best to provide what is required.

5. Returned Packages: If your package is returned to us due to a failure to clear customs, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the item to you. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
